Every Clause & Effect tee is printed to order, just for you — nothing sits in a warehouse. That keeps our range sharp and our footprint small, and it shapes how returns work.
Returns & exchanges
Because each piece is produced after you order it, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or a change of mind. Please check the size guide carefully before you order — and reach out if you’re unsure.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right — a free replacement or a full refund. Email hello@clauseeffect.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they enter production — usually within 24 hours of ordering.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping
Shipping is free across India. Orders are printed and dispatched within 2–5 business days, and typically delivered 3–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking is shared once your order ships.
